Refund Policy

At Synclovis Academy, we strive to provide a valuable and practical learning experience for all students. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds for our foundational courses. By enrolling in a course, you agree to the following refund terms.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund Window: Refund requests must be submitted within the first 7 days of enrollment in the foundational course. After this period, course fees become non-refundable.
  • Course Access: If you have accessed more than 25% of the course content, you may not be eligible for a refund, even within the 7-day period.

2. Process for Requesting a Refund

  • Submission: To initiate a refund request, please email us at academy@synclovis.com with your full name, course details, and reason for the request.
  • Review Period: We will review all requests within 5 business days and contact you regarding the status of your request.

3. Processing of Approved Refunds

  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during enrollment.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Administrative Fees: Any fees for registration or administrative purposes are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Late Refund Requests: Refund requests received after the initial 7-day window will not be considered.

5. Special Cases

  • Technical Issues: If a technical error or issue prevents you from accessing the course materials, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue or issue a prorated refund if the problem persists.
  • Course Cancellations: If Synclovis Academy cancels a course for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
